Andrew called me today. He is in town working at his aunt's project house. He and Bruce came over around 3:30pm to hang out and play top gear before we met up with their cousins at the grand for Over the Hedge (Which was awesome! I really recommend it if you feel like a laugh). We (Bruce, Andrew and I) went cruzing and ended up at Bruce's house. We played Super Smash Bros. Melee with Quinn until it was time for Andrew to take me home. Andrew and I ended up walking with Mollie, Steve and Rachael to Russ's for some groceries before he had to go home. I hung out with Mollie for a while making fliers for the garage sale on Thursday and Friday.

Today I got up early to get together with the ol' gang. Kari, Katie, Andreas and I went to the Haymarket to walk around and eat free samples. Kari took us back to Andreas's house before she went home to study for a big test. Andreas, Katie and I took advantage of the "ride the bus free" day and ended up going downtown so Katie could meet some people for a play. Andreas and I went to Lee Booksellers. We ran into Forest, Alyssa and Brian who were back from Rockford for the weekend.
Andreas and I took the bus back to his place to eat and watch Underworld. His dad BBQ’d some stake and sausages. It was sooo good. Erika (Andreas's little sister) was having her 13th birthday party. Kari came over for dinner, and ended up painting plates with Erika and I.
We went back to my place after a while to watch Blade Trinity.
It was a great day.
I didn’t notice till after I took it that the bar on this door slices through my halfpants. It looks kinda creepy. lol

Today I worked at Everett for an hour. Mom and I went to the Dollar store to find little globe key chains for spring into the new year. We didn't have much luck. We also tried Gordman's but it was a total bust.
Stewie came over later and we played Top gear and watched BraveStarr and The Chronicles of Riddick. It was fun.

I applied the bleaching/conditioning agent to the deck today. It was a fast job. I was done by 11:30 this morning. I went home and relaxed. I really didn’t want to get up this morning but I got paid today so that makes up for it.
I ended up watching Terminator 3 and making Mac&Cheese. Ya know, I don’t think I have ever seen Terminator One or Two.
I got my Wired Mag in the mail today. Woot!
They are bringing back Choose Your Own Adventure books, can you believe it? They say they are updating them, adding cell phones and stuff. I wonder if they will be as popular now as they were back in my day. (Er... I never thought I would hear myself say that. lol)

I finished stripping the deck. The hours felt a little longer today, but I got that step done.
I also did a massage this evening.
Andreas is back from College for the summer. He and Kari came over to my place to watch a movie and hang. We ended up watching the Best Of Monty Python. It was a hoot.
After they went home I discovered I needed some Tupperware, so I went down to Mollie’s to borrow some. I stood and chatted it up with her and a few friends for a bit before going back upstairs to do my dishes.
I accomplished all my dishes. Triumph!

I started a new job today. I am refinishing a deck. All I did today was stripping (taking the varnish off the deck). It is tedious work but it went fast. I had music in my ears and enough sunscreen to ward off the 83 degree heat from the sun. We (my super and I) had lunch at Mr.Goodsents.
I felt productive for the first time in a long time.
I went over to Mollie’s in the evening. Ptolemy was over for dinner and Mollie offered to feed me too. She had made this delish Indian dish, curry chicken and rice and salad. It was so good. I stayed and watched Bowfinger with them (staying up a little later than I had planned). Mollie says I am a real person now that I have joined the “9 to 5”. lol
I love hanging with Mollie. She is Awesome like one hundred Billion hotdogs!

I realized too late that I forgot some things at moms last night (and being as my car is on the fritz again) I walked to moms and back before 2pm today. It was nice. I figured out that it takes about 45 min to get to moms at a leisurely pace. The weather was pleasant.
Mollie and I had plans to hang out today. We ended up playing MASH. Apparently I am going to be a professional hit man who rides around on a Vespa. I will marry a Doctor and we will live in a Ranch House, have a sea dragon for a pet, and have 15 children. lol. (god forbid I have any children) I hadn’t played that since elementary school. :]
I went to Everett around 3pm. Mom and I ended up getting Chinese food before coming home for the NCIS Season Finale. I can’t believe Gibbs is gone! It’s not NCIS without Gibbs.
I picked up my Netflix today, Venus Beauty Institute (French, with Audrey Tautou). I watched it when I got home. It was pretty good, not one you watch over and over like Amelie, but it was good.

I didn’t do much today.
I walked to Everett but didn’t really work. Mom and I went to her place so she could nap, then we came back to my place to watch the tape of the Survivor Finale! Woot!
I made left over Spaghetti and Pesto for dinner accompanied by chips and salsa. Mmmmmmm.
Mom went home during the reunion show, but I stayed up and finished it, as well as going through several movies while doing art (again). I watched The Magnificent Seven (Which is really good. It is Exactly like Seven Samurai only it is a western) and The Karate Kid (I didn’t realize that the girl who plays his girlfriend is the same girl that is in Adventures in Babysitting and Back to the Future).

Today was Andrew's High school Graduation and Celebration. Mom and I drove to Grand Island for the party. I just love hanging out with my Honorary Cousins. We had a great time! Bruce was dead tired, but I was ok. You guys know me, what’s going to bed at 4am to me? lol
I watched Blade Trinity when I got home.

Today was Lynne's Brother's Funeral. Mom and I drove to Omaha for the service. It was really nice.
We got home around 2 to some drama with my car and whatnot.
Bruce came over around 8pm. We ate dinner (spinach Parmesan Pesto and pasta) and watched a little bit of Van Helsing. We went to the 9:50pm showing of the Sentinel at the Grand. It was good. It reminded me of the Interpreter. After the movie we went to Lincoln High's Post Prom. It was great! They had all sorts of food and games. Bruce and I competed in the Gladiator arena (He won twice) and in the bounce course (I won by an inch). I didn't run into all that many people I knew. It was weird being back. There was a great hypnotist there, the show was freaking hilarious!
We had a great time. I took him home around 4am, and went home and crashed.
It was a decent day.

My super loaned me some movies and I watched 3 of them today: Alien VS Predator, Coyote Ugly, and The Day The World Stood Still (which is the movie that they are watching in the Winnebago in ID4 when the aliens start to enter the atmosphere).
I also worked my CWDC job today, and did some art during my movies.

Today I got to cut tile. woot!
I worked my CWDC job this afternoon.
I set up the Super Nintendo at my new apartment and played some Top Gear.
I went to mom's and did some laundry, taped and watched survivor and CSI, had one of mom's kickin' salads, and looked through outdated textbooks for silly illustrations.
I love how parts of this photo are still in focus even though the whole thing is obliterated.

I gave a massage today, as well as working my CWDC job. My car decided to act up a little, but it’s ok now.
Mom and I committed Wal-Mart, before she dropped me off at Lani's to study and hang out. Lani took me home after Lost was over and she got to see my apartment. I spent the rest of the evening watching Shrek and Mr. & Mrs. Smith, collaging, and making cereal bars.
It was a decent day.

I learned the basics of tiling today. Mollie, her roommate and her friend and I got a lesson as well as helped our super to retile the kitchen and the hallway in the apartment below mine. It was awesome!
I voted even though it was the primaries.
Mollie made some Rhubarb Crumble, and had a party to share it. We had such a great time and the crumble was magnificent!
I got Pushing Tin from Netflix, so I watched it after the party broke up around 1am. It's a great movie starring John Cusack and Billy Bob Thornton. Check it out.

I’ve become like the girl in the Wedding Planner. She goes home to her empty immaculate apartment to make and eat her meal alone on a TV tray in front of a movie I've seen a hundred times. Tonight it was Mack-n-cheese and Batman.
I went to dollar tree today to get some stuff for the apartment really cheep, then I worked my CWDC job.

Kari came over to my new apartment to help me decorate. We watched Pirates of the Caribbean, Kiki's Delivery Service, and The Princess Bride.
We had a fun evening.

I picked up Bruce from Lincoln High today. We picked up our tickets to post prom from the treasurer and went over to my new apartment so he could see it; we went back to his house to hang after that.
I went to Lani’s to help her and Jennifer study for their exam. We ended up ordering pizza and slacking off.
To end the day I went to my new apartment to clean some stuff and rearrange furniture.
It was a good day.

I transported the Rollercoaster of Science to Everett Elementary today for a presentation for the Montessori on Momentum and Energy. It went well. The kids went nuts over it. They thought it was awesome and that I was awesome (not like a hot dog awesome, like a hundred billion hot dogs awesome) for putting it together myself so fast.
Mom and I watched Survivor tonight! Woot!
I got Runza drive through for us.
I packed up more kitchen stuff for my apartment and worked on my lucky jeans a little.
I am reading Two Years Before The Mast by Richard Henry Dana. It is really great so far.

I moved a large amount of my stuff into my apartment today with the help of Mark, Mollie, Steve, and Rachael. We (minus Mark who went home to take care of baby Julia) went Dumpster diving and found some good finds. I went to Lani's to watch Lost, and then came home to finish the K’NEX Roller Coaster Of Science! while talking on the phone with Kari. I also got to talk to my best Bro, Myer. I loves him so muchly.
I watched some Bill Nye the Science Guy to prep me for tomorrow.
It's been quite a long, but good, day.

I got Proof through Netflix and watched it while working on the rollercoaster (pictured).
I made some kick-ass Spinach Pesto Sauce to go with some spaghetti for dinner. It's definitely something I will make again, It was so good. mmmmmmmmmmm. :]

I ventured out in the Jake Pants today.
I watched Father of the Bride, The Matrix Reloaded, and Charlie’s Angels Full Throttle.
Mom wants the K’Nex Rollercoaster built for the classroom, so I elected myself to erect it. It is quite a challenge ‘cause it’s missing a few pieces and it’s huge.
Mom and I ran over to my new apartment so she could check it out. I think it has a great vibe. We also got some groceries.
I made a bunch of business calls today. It seems that gas prices are really putting a strain on peoples’ budgets. It’s a hard time to be a massage therapist.
I started a flickr group today also. It is devoted to the Half-Pants.
